Service Description

The Health Analytics Reporting Platform (HARP) is built and operated by HealthInfoNet for its Health Information Exchange (HIE) participants and other authorized organizations. Leveraging a robust clinical data set, HARP contains both aggregate- and patient-level analyses of individuals receiving care throughout the state of Maine.

Release Summary

HARP has a New Name

The primary HARP module has been renamed to HARP Provider to distinguish it from the alternative modules that have been recently released, including HARP Limited and HARP Population Health.

Expanded Condition Filtering

The “Chronic Condition” filter has been moved to a new section of filters called “Patient Filters” and renamed as “Condition”. Included with this filter are each of the existing Chronic Conditions, as well as 5 new filter options related to Cardiovascular health. New Risk Model Filtering

Included in the “Patient Filters” section of the Insights dashboard is a new filter, labeled as “Risk”. This filter allows the user to filter all dashboards based on patients' predicted risk for developing a chronic condition or having an event of care. New ZIP Code and County Filtering

In place of the previously included “City/Town” filter, new ZIP Code and County filters have been added. These filters leverage the patient’s most recently received valid address to allow all dashboards to be stratified by geographic location. Patient Profile Charts

Each of the charts included in the Patient Profile dashboard have been updated to display total counts of patients, rather than percentages of the total. For more information on this dashboard, please visit the Patient Profile section.

User-Created Custom Saved Views Converted to HIN-Managed Model

Actively used custom saved views have been transitioned to a HIN-managed model to ensure they are preserved as updates are made to the platform. Custom saved views that were not actively being used have been removed from user access. Users can access their custom views by searching under their organization’s name (i.e. PCHC: 2 Day View). Newly created views will be converted to HIN-managed views several times per year moving forward.
