Service Description

The Health Analytics Reporting Platform (HARP) is built and operated by HealthInfoNet for its Health Information Exchange (HIE) participants and other authorized organizations. Leveraging a robust clinical data set, HARP contains both aggregate- and patient-level analyses of individuals receiving care throughout the state of Maine.

Release Summary

All Dashboards

• Renamed the MRN filter option to Patient ID

  • This change reflects the need to accurately describe the option’s searchable values. Valid values are inclusive of Medical Record Number (MRN) values and other source system identifiers submitted via participants' Admission, Discharge, and Transfer (ADT) HL7 feeds, as well as Medicaid ID values (sometimes referred to as 'A' numbers) shared by the Office of MaineCare Services to uniquely identify its Medicaid members.

• Added the MaineCare Eligible Encounter filter option

  • This option allows users to identify their attributed patients who have had a MaineCare- (Medicaid-) eligible encounter, regardless of whether the patients are currently active, eligible Medicaid members per MaineCare’s daily member eligibility file.

• Added the MaineCare Active Program field to the table export only

  • This field allows users to view which MaineCare Emergency Department (ED) Collaborative program is assigned to their patients per MaineCare’s supplemental member attribution file.

• Added the MaineCare Primary Insurance Indicator field to the table export only

  • This field allows users to view whether MaineCare is the primary, secondary, and/or primary and secondary insurer for their patients who are identified as currently active, eligible Medicaid members.

• Added the MaineCare Term Date field to the table export only

  • This field allows users to view the MaineCare eligibility termination date of their patients who are identified as currently active, eligible Medicaid members.

• Added the Date of Birth field to the table and export

• Added the Readmission/Return Risk Score field to the table export only

  • This field allows users to view the numeric risk score value associated with the available risk class value for the Readmission/Return Risk model.

• Added the Medicaid ID field to the table and export

  • This field allows users to view the Medicaid “A number” value (i.e., “Medicaid ID”) assigned to Medicaid members at the time of their Medicaid-eligible encounter admission.

• Added the MaineCare Primary Insurance Indicator field to the table export only

  • This field allows users to view whether MaineCare was the primary, secondary, and/or primary and secondary insurer for their patients at the time of their Medicaid-eligible encounter admission.

Added a new reporting dashboard titled, MaineCare Medications, that displays patients' last 365 days of medication history sourced from MaineCare’s weekly pharmacy claims files.

• Because this reporting dashboard only contains pharmacy claims information for patients who were dispensed medications at the time of being active, eligible Medicaid members, the dashboard may not represent a comprehensive medication history view for a selected patient.

• For a more comprehensive view into a selected patient’s medication history, users should refer to the Clinical Portal’s Medication Management component.

• Similar to the Address History reporting dashboard, the MaineCare Medications reporting dashboard can only be accessed by linking to it from another dashboard’s patient-level record.

• Modified the Screening Recommendation for Pre-Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes measure methodology to exclude patients with a diagnosis of Gestational Diabetes at any time in a patient’s available medical history

• Modified the Risk for Developing Pre-Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes measure methodology to only calculate the measure for patients with a result of '1' for the Screening Recommendation for Pre-Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes measure

• Modified the Risk for Developing Pre-Diabetes and Type 2 Diabetes measure methodology to translate a score of ‘4' points as ‘Moderate Risk’ and a score of ‘5' of greater as ‘High Risk’

• In the Entity Measure Results table, renamed the metric for Count of Patients Eligible for NDPP Participation to Count of Patients Screened & Eligible for NDPP Participation

• In the Patient Measure Results table, renamed the metric for Eligibility for NDPP Participation to Screened & Eligible for NDPP Participation
