The Health Analytics Reporting Platform (HARP) is built and operated by HealthInfoNet for its Health Information Exchange (HIE) participants and other authorized organizations. Leveraging a robust clinical data set, HARP contains both aggregate- and patient-level analyses of individuals receiving care throughout the state of Maine. |

NDPP Measurement Dashboard This new reporting dashboard provides measurement information in support of the National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) about a user’s attributed patients through both population- and patient-level views. Available measurement was developed in collaboration with the Maine Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Maine CDC) and the Office of MaineCare Services (OMS). Available resources: Measurement Frequency Measurement available in both the NDPP Measurement and Performance Measurement reporting dashboards is now calculated on a daily basis. Measurement available in the Performance Measurement reporting dashboard was previously calculated on a monthly basis. |
