Service Description |
The Health Analytics Reporting Platform (HARP) is built and operated by HealthInfoNet for its Health Information Exchange (HIE) participants and other authorized organizations. Leveraging a robust clinical data set, HARP contains both aggregate- and patient-level analyses of individuals receiving care throughout the state of Maine. |

Release Summary |
Emergent/Non-Emergent ED Encounter Identification Developed in partnership with the Office of MaineCare Services and HIN’s ACO partners, HARP now identifies and categorizes appropriate use of the Emergency Department by labeling the encounter as “Emergent” or “Non-Emergent”. This information can be found in a new Insights dashboard metric, as well as in filters on the Encounter Profile and Encounter Detail dashboards. Improved Admission Date Filtering The Admission Date filter included in the Encounter Detail dashboard has been updated to allow users to select a specific start and end date range, rather than a lookback period, allowing users more flexibility in the range of admission dates included in the reporting. ED Utilization Counts Included in the Encounter Detail dashboard is a new field displaying the number of ED encounters a patient has had in the last 180 days. This is accompanied by a filter, allowing users to identify their highest utilizing patients. Patient Address History New Format The Address History dashboard has a new look, with phone numbers listed in a separate table in the lower half of the screen. Patient Name Changes Improved patient matching has allowed HIN to improve the inclusion of patients' middle initial and suffix. Rural Zip Code Filtering A new filter has been added that identifies rural and non-rural zip codes, based on a patient’s most recently received non-null home address. |
