Attribution File Submissions
Overview
The Attribution File Submissions utility provides detailed information about the Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution files that have been successfully processed by HealthInfoNet over time as received from the user’s organization or its child organization(s). Click the settings icon located in the upper-left corner of the utility to learn more about its available features and functionality.
Filters
Filter | Description |
---|---|
Submitting Organization | The name of the organization that has submitted a valid Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution file. |
Attribution Type | The name of the specific patient panel(s), defined as separate roster_version value(s) within the organization’s valid Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution file, that are currently available within reporting. |
Active | The indication of the exact Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution file, per Attribution Type, that is actively being used to define the organization’s available attributed patients within reporting. Valid values include Yes (i.e., the file is active) and No (i.e., the file is not active). Note: If the same roster_version value(s) is submitted in updated Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution files over time, only patient records associated with the most recent file submission will be used within reporting. |

File ID | The name that identifies an organization’s unique, valid, and successfully processed Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution file. | |
File Submitted Date | The date when the organization’s valid Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution file was successfully processed by HealthInfoNet. | |
Active | The indication of the exact Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution file, per Attribution Type, that is actively being used to define the organization’s available attributed patients within reporting. Valid values include Yes (i.e., the file is active) and No (i.e., the file is not active). Note: If the same roster_version value(s) is submitted in updated Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution files over time, only patient records associated with the most recent file submission be used within reporting. | |
Pts Processed | The count of unique patients who were included in the organization’s valid Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution file and processed by HealthInfoNet. Pts Attributed | The count of patients processed (Pts Processed) less those who have since dropped out of reporting due to attribution attrition within the the organization’s valid Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution file. For more information about why patients may drop out of reporting over time, visit the Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution methodology section. | |
% Pts Diff | The percent difference between patients processed (Pts Processed) and patients attributed (Pts Attributed) within the organization’s Participant-Supplied Custom Attribution file. |
