Authorized Organizations

Overview

The Authorized Organizations utility provides detailed information about the organization(s) that a user is authorized to view within the service based on the role-based permissions determined by their assigned Associated Organization. A user receives access to reporting inclusive of patients who are attributed both directly to its Associated Organization as well as to each of its child entities (i.e., its authorized organizations). Description

Record of User's Associated Organization

User ID

The HealthInfoNet-assigned identifier that identifies the user within the HIE’s user management system.

Organization ID

The HealthInfoNet-assigned identifier that identifies the user’s Associated Organization within the service.

Organization Description

The name of the user’s Associated Organization within the service.

Organization Level

The hierarchical level of the user’s Associated Organization within the service.

Program ID

The HealthInfoNet-assigned identifier(s) of the program-designated organization for which the user is authorized to view within the service based on their Associated Organization’s role based permissions.

Program Description

The name of the value-based program(s), such as an Accountable Care Organization for which the user is authorized to view within the service based on their Associated Organization’s role based permissions.

System ID

The HealthInfoNet-assigned identifier(s) of the system-designated organization for which the user is authorized to view within the service based on their Associated Organization’s role based permissions.

System Description

The name of the health system or integrated delivery network for which the user is authorized to view within the service based on their Associated Organization’s role based permissions.

Group ID

The HealthInfoNet-assigned identifier(s) of the group-designated organization for which the user is authorized to view within the service based on their Associated Organization’s role based permissions.

Group Description

The name of the medical group or broader healthcare institution(s) for which the user is authorized to view within the service based on their Associated Organization’s role based permissions.

Facility ID

The HealthInfoNet-assigned identifier(s) of the facility-designated organization for which the user is authorized to view within the service based on their Associated Organization’s role based permissions.

Facility Description

The name of the specific healthcare facility(ies) for which the user is authorized to view within the service based on their Associated Organization’s role based permissions.

Site ID

The HealthInfoNet-assigned identifier(s) of the site-designated organization for which the user is authorized to view within the service based on their Associated Organization’s role based permissions.

Site Description

The name of the specific location(s) and/or department(s) for which the user is authorized to view within the service based on their Associated Organization’s role based permissions.
