Service Description	Health Analytics Reporting Platform (HARP) Population Health is built and operated by HealthInfoNet for its Health Information Exchange (HIE) participants and other authorized organizations. Leveraging a robust clinical data set, HARP Population contains both aggregate-level analyses of individuals' cardiovascular health and demographics.
Release Summary	Rural Zip Code Filtering A new filter has been added that identifies rural and non-rural zip codes, based on a patient’s most recently received non-null home address.
