Service Description	Health Analytics Reporting Platform (HARP) Limited is built and operated by HealthInfoNet for its Health Information Exchange (HIE) participants and other authorized organizations. Leveraging a robust clinical data set, HARP Limited contains both aggregate- and patient-level analyses of individuals receiving care throughout the state of Maine in a simplified view focused on care coordination use cases.
Release Summary	Primary Insurance Indicator Bug Fix The Encounter Detail reporting dashboard has been updated with revised logic for the ‘Primary Insurance Indicator’ to more closely align with MaineCare’s definition of whether MaineCare (Medicaid) is an insurer for the user’s attributed patient as of the day of reporting. Additionally, the additional field for ‘Primary Insurance Indicator’ at the time of the encounter has been removed.
