Reviewing HealthInfoNet's Participant Agreement
Overview
HealthInfoNet’s Participant Agreement (PA) is the underlying contract that describes the responsibilities and obligations of (a) an organization participating in Maine’s statewide Health information Exchange (HIE) and (b) HealthInfoNet as the operator of the HIE. While it is expected that each organization conducts a thorough review of the PA, HealthInfoNet has prepared the following guide to facilitate the review of specific areas of interest.
For questions about HealthInfoNet’s PA, contact HealthInfoNet’s Client Engagement team (clientengagement@hinfonet.org).
