Notification Services

Service Overview

HealthInfoNet’s Notification Services include real-time alerting of time-sensitive events like emergency room visits, critical lab results, and hospital discharges that make it possible for care managers and other providers following a patient to intervene early and establish the right care plan.

Clinician users accessing the Clinical Portal may find an additional “Notifications” main navigation function, located on the left-hand side of the screen, with additional options for “My Patients” and “My Subscriptions.”
