Allergies
Component Overview
In the upper-right hand corner of the "Patient Summary" view is the "Allergies" component. This component provides a list containing the selected patient's known allergies.
Field | Description |
|---|---|
Details | The name/description of the patient's allergy. |
Reaction | The patient's specific reaction to the allergy. |
Severity | The severity of the patient's reaction to the allergy. |
Date Entered | The date when the allergy was last recorded by the patient's provider. |
Location | The healthcare location of the provider who last recorded the patient's allergy. |
