Active Problems
Component Overview
Beneath the "Demographics" component is the "Active Problems" component in the “Patient Summary” view. This component provides a list containing the selected patient's active diagnoses.
Field | Description |

Code | The ICD or SNOMED code of the patient's active diagnosis. |
Description | The ICD or SNOMED code description of the patient's active diagnosis. |
Onset Date | The date when the active diagnosis was last recorded by the patient's provider. |
Location | The healthcare location of the provider who last recorded the patient's active diagnosis |
